The Gurugram Metro extension project, with a budget of ₹5,500 crore, aims to bridge the mobility gap between the old and new parts of the city. The 28.5 km elevated corridor will feature 27 stations, connecting major hubs like Subhash Chowk, Hero Honda Chowk (which will also house the metro depot), Udyog Vihar (Phases 4, 5, 6), and Basai village near Dwarka Expressway (Sector 101). This new line will ease daily commutes, enhance connectivity from Millennium City Centre through Cyber City to Dwarka Expressway, and is expected to boost the city’s real estate potential.
